Entry Procedure
Complete the entry form and enclose it with a labeled 1/2″ video cassette copy of your film work, your film press kit (optional) and your director’s filmography. (For safety, do not send original materials.)
Deadline – No Entry Fee
The deadline for all films is Jan. 19, 2001
There is no entry fee.
Selection/Format
The 4th Annual Magnolia Independent Film Festival is open to films of any length and genre. The films will be selected by the festival programmers. Those filmmakers who are selected will be notified by phone as their films are selected, and no later than Jan. 20, 2001.
If a film is selected, the entrant will be solely responsible for delivering and/or sending their exhibition film or video to the festival. All selections can be screened in either 16mm, Beta, or 1/2″. The Magnolia will not be held responsible for your exhibition video materials which are lost or damaged.
Return of Video Cassette
If you would like your preview video cassette returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your entry. Please write the name of your film on the top left corner of the envelope.
